This policy explains what personal information Signmozo collects through signmozo.com, why we collect it, how we keep it safe and the choices you have. We keep it short and only collect what we need to reply to you.

Who we are

What we collect

We only collect information you choose to send us through the forms on this site:

  • Project brief (contact form): your name, email, optional phone number, the services you are interested in, your timeline and your message.
  • Book a call: your name, email, optional phone number, the topic and the time you pick, and any note you add.
  • Job applications: your name, email, optional phone number, a link to your portfolio or CV, the role and any message.
  • Newsletter: your email address.

We do not ask for payment details, government ID numbers or other sensitive information through this site. Please do not include them in your messages.

Information collected automatically

This site does not use cookies, advertising trackers or analytics tools.

  • Our web host keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested) to run and protect the site.
  • Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, and a few icons and sample profile images are loaded from other image services. Like any website, these services receive your IP address when your browser requests the files.
  • Your browser’s session storage remembers whether our on-page assistant has already greeted you. It is deleted when you close the tab and never leaves your device.

How we use your information

  • To reply to your enquiry, prepare a proposal and schedule calls.
  • To review job applications and contact applicants.
  • To send our newsletter, if you subscribed. You can unsubscribe at any time by emailing us.
  • To keep the site secure and working properly.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we do not use it for automated decisions about you.

Legal basis

We process your information because you asked us to (to answer your enquiry or consider your application), with your consent (for the newsletter), and for our legitimate interest in running and protecting this site. Where the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India), the GDPR or the UK GDPR applies, we follow their requirements.

Where your information is stored

Form submissions are stored in Google Sheets and our email account, both provided by Google, which may store data on servers outside your country. If you choose to message us on WhatsApp, that conversation is handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy. We only share your information with these service providers to run our business, or when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

  • Enquiries and call requests: for as long as we are discussing or working on a project with you, and up to 24 months afterwards.
  • Job applications: up to 12 months, unless you ask us to delete them sooner or you join the team.
  • Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, withdraw your consent, or unsubscribe at any time. Email signmozo@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the data protection authority in your country.

Security

Access to submissions is limited to our team, and we take reasonable steps to protect them. No method of sending or storing data online is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.

Children

This site is meant for businesses and job seekers. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
